Post-Sales Support

  • Customization services of any kind will be billed separately. Your initial product purchase or previous customization payments do not entitle you to free customization.
  • Rude or abusive behavior towards our Support Executives may result in the termination of post-sales support. We expect all communications to be respectful and professional. Inappropriate communication, including profanity, is not acceptable.
  • You will receive 60 days of free post-sales support from the date of installation. After this period, support services will be subject to charges.
  • Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

Verieatranslate.com Interactive End User License Agreement (for specific products)

The following licensing terms do not apply to our Joomla-supported products (Components, Modules, and Plugins), which are licensed under the GPL.

For other products (“Product” or “Software”) purchased from Veriea.com (“Licensor”), this End User License Agreement (“License”) applies to you (“Licensee”). Your purchase and use of the Product constitute your acceptance of this License.

License Terms:

  • This Product is a commercially licensed product and must be purchased from the Licensor for any use.
  • The Software may only be used after you agree to these Terms and full payment has been received by Verieatranslate.com Interactive.
  • The Software may not be distributed to any third party.
  • While the Software can serve multiple users, they must not have access to its source code or internal resources. Distributing these resources is illegal.
  • The Software may not be resold without explicit permission from Veriea.com.
  • Unless otherwise specified, the Software is licensed for one (1) installation, plus a single development copy accessible only to the license holder and commissioned developers (not the general public).
  • You may create derivative works of the Software, but you may not resell or distribute them in any way, nor offer services where the Product is provided as a hosted solution.

Refusal of Service and Business Relations:

Verieatranslate.com Interactive reserves the right to cease support and/or terminate business relations in cases of libel, defamation, abuse, or harassment. We will also terminate all support and business relations in instances of software piracy, including the use of “cracked,” “nulled,” or unlicensed versions of our scripts or plugins.

Illegal Distribution:

If the Software is found to be stolen, distributed without permission, illegally obtained, or if users breach these terms, the Licensor has the right to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

Liabilities:

The Licensor, its management, employees, associates, or partners are not liable for any damages caused by the Software. As the Licensee, you accept full responsibility for any damages, risks, and losses associated with its use. The Software and all related materials and services are provided “as is” without any warranty of fitness or merchantability, express or implied.

The Licensor will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. In no event shall the Licensor’s liability exceed the license fees paid by the Licensee.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement will remain in effect.

This License must remain intact when the Software is used or copied for approved multi-user use. The Licensor reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you in this License.
